We are now looking for two residential support workers to join our team at Skarpnäcksgården F-house. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The positions are full-time (100%).About Skarpnäcksgården F-house

Nytida Skarpnäcksgården F-house is a residential care home (HVB) located in Skarpnäck, south of Stockholm. The goal is for each individual to feel safe at F-house and for us to strengthen their opportunities to live as independently and functionally as possible. Skarpnäcksgården F-house caters to adult men and women aged 18 and over who are struggling with ongoing substance abuse, addiction to drugs or alcohol, homelessness issues, or mental health difficulties. Skarpnäck has good connections for both buses and the subway. Skarpnäcksgården is located close to nature with beautiful natural areas and waterways nearby. In Skarpnäck, there are several shops and restaurants as well as other services available.

About the roleIn the role of residential support worker, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in their daily lives from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care such as showering, meals, medication management, cleaning of both living rooms and common areas, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks will also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours will be during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties. The role also involves driving clients to various commitments, which requires you to have a valid B driver's license. You will have a group leader or group manager close by who works part-time in the organization. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.

Your experience and knowledgeWe are looking for candidates with a high school education in health and social care, preferably with a focus on psychiatry, or other equivalent education. It is also an advantage if you have furthered your studies to become a social pedagogue or similar. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. Experience working with the target group is also an advantage. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.

OtherEmployment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Start date: Employment will begin as soon as possible, around 2026-02-01.
